Taking lessons with Mr. Fedor has been an extremely educational and fun experience. His "Fedor Violin Method – An Alternative Approach" combines scales, exercises and pieces, and creates a learning program that provides the most important foundation for playing violin. Using Mr. Fedor’s Method publications, I obtained the skills necessary to be an advanced player.

One of the things I personally appreciated very much about "Fedor Violin Method – An Alternative Approach" was that the exercises and etudes that can sometimes come across as boring and repetitive are integrated into nice music pieces so that learning and practicing become enjoyable and encouraging.

After eight years of studying with Mr. Fedor, using his publications, I was able to participate in many exciting activities such as Occidental-Caltech Symphony Orchestra, chamber groups, and various gigs and concerts.
